TOKYO
DESIGN

1. Talk it out.
Once you have an idea – an idea that feels solid to you – share it. Conversation refines creativity.
2. Collaboration beats ego.
Teamwork fuels innovation. Ego? It’s an expensive mistake.
3. Embrace change.
Technology will keep changing at high speed. Amazing. Ask yourself every single day: how can we use it?
4. The idea leads, tech follows.
Ideas shape the tools. But when aligned, technology will ignite them.
5. Start with the audience.
Every idea must pass this test: Would they care? It’s not about the brand; it’s about them.
6. Challenge your first thoughts.
First ideas are rarely the best. Rethink. Reframe. Refine.
7. Beware of the clock.
Last-minute ideas are last-resort ideas. They rarely shine.
8. Focus on possibility.
Ask yourself: What can go right? Then go make it happen.
